Hi all,
    I keep seeing references to the Real Book on this list and I've got some Christmas money to spend.  I looked online and found several ... which is the "real" Real Book and/or which one do you like best?
    Also, what exactly is a "real book" - is that a fake book and they're just being cute?  It looks like some come with CD accompaniment - is that the difference?
