I really relate to this post. I teach a thing called PRINCE2 (a British project management method). Every 5 day course is the same, so it's monotonous, right? Wrong! All students are different, and it's amazing the range of questions and challenges that arise. This is what makes it worthwhile. Plus helping the students to their qualification of course :)
