[TPIN] Can anyone tell what mouthpiece Cat Anderson is using here?

[Michael Anderson]

You may have confused him with Buddy Bolden who used to hide his valves
while he played because he didn't want anyone stealing his stuff. Plus, he
was rarely photographed, and never while playing for the same reason. That's
the story I read.
