[TPIN] What sensation or change are we looking for when we warm up?

For me, it's just a matter of getting things moving to the point where things 
feel responsive.  I try to warm up only as much as I need to commence a 
rehearsal or performance - a "warm up" for me is about 5 minutes, maybe 
less.  Anything more than that is "practicing" - in my opinion, that is.
