My tenor sax player's card looks like this:

Oh, and if you have a band in the Seattle and are looking for a hott singer/sax
player, contact her. We fly her down for gigs in L.A., but she's based in
Seattle now.

I have several different flavors of business cards. One each for the bands I
run, one for trumpet and another for vocals. For print-at-home cards, use
"Clean Edge," stock. Nothing says cheesy amateur like a home-grown card with
fuzzy perforations around the edges. Another part-time pro in my area has a
very tag-line after his name: Trumpet Music, All Occasions.

Patrick Olguin - flies hott players across state lines for musical purposes.
