[TPIN] Removing Engraving

I would remove and replace the section of lead pipe, which contains the
name.  The engraving process removes metal and I do not see or know of a way
to replace metal to fill in the engraving.  Ordering or finding a section of
replacement lead pipe should not be difficult or expensive if it is a
well-known brand.  John Lynch, who is on this list, could perform the work.
