[TPIN] Removing Engraving

The engraving may not be well placed, but could the pipe be unsoldered, turned and reinstalled so that the engraving is not visible, or at least not as obvious?  I realize that this is an awful lot of trouble to go to unless you are otherwise fond of the horn, but sometimes it is a good way to cover up blemishes.
