[TPIN] I need help indentifying my old Conn

Brendan, I'd be curious if your Conn has a finish on top of a finish. I
bought an old 1908 Conn cornet and John Lynch stripped what we found to
be a silver lacquer off of the horn and when down to the first finish,
it's a beauty! I'd be curious as to what your black/silver or whatever
it is really is when cleaned up. 
Now, the mechanics on mine were flawless and it was very clean inside
with an original case. So, those other mechanics would have to be taken
into account as well.
