[TPIN] G - Piccolo Trpt (fingering)

My Stomvi Bb/A Picc has the "Maurice Andre" configuration - I can remove the
4th valve slide and replace it with a duplicate of the 1st valve slide.
It's nifty, but I don't have a use for the feature as of yet.
