[TPIN] Warburton Problems

Hi 

Have been trying to order the 'Shoopman' piece via the Warburton online shopping site, and to also get confirmation mail back from the 3 EMail addresses given for contact that all is OK with the order, and have had no response after nearly a week of trying.

Has anyone else had a similar situation with Warburton? Are they usually this hopeless in their business dealings?

Apart from waking up in the middle of the night, just to ring and waste time and money, what else can I do??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
