[TPIN] Bell Bow (NOT Bilbo Baggins!) Bends

I feel it is important to point out my observation of the bell bows on the
Bach Chicago model C trumpets. We have found that it is common for Bach
bells to become out of round during the bending process which can cause
pitch issues and stuffiness. But because the bells on the Chicago model C
trumpets are thinner gauge ( LT ) they do not become elliptical the way
Bach standard and heavy bells do when they are formed with a frozen soapy
solution. So I suspect this is one positive aspects of using a lighter bell,
and also why these models respond quicker.
Just my 2 Cents.
