[TPIN] Bell Bow (NOT Bilbo Baggins!) Bends

Jim,
 
   In repairing these bad bends(without giving away all your secrets), do you run dent balls through and then anneal the bell?  Do you take the bell off?  If so, do you measure the bore size at the tail and make adjustments for improperly drawn tails too? That would be another process altogether wouldn't it?  how difficult is it to draw an undersized tail out to size  or over sized tail down to size?
