All,

I would like to purchase the Caffarelli book that is commonly used for
transposition work. My memory (which is not reliable) tells me that there is
a Caffarelli book that has progressive etudes in it that ask the player to
transpose on the fly, changing transpositions several times in the middle of
the etude. 

I bought a Caffarelli book some time ago assuming this was it, but it isn't
quite like that. I found out there are several volumes of Caffarelli and I
want to get the one that is for transpositions as described above. The one I
have is called: 100 Studi Melodici. It has transposition instructions in it,
but they don't change throughout the etudes. Plus, they start out too
difficult for beginning transposition.
