It is from Great Hymns - Instrumental Solos for Worship written by Curnow 
for Phil Smith. This is in vol. 1. It is distributed by Hal Leonard. The 
ISBN number is 0   7399982298    4. I don't know if the two outer numbers 
are needed or not. You have to buy the solo book and the accompaniment book 
separately, both are $12.95.
