you can find the trumpet part in multiple keys.  

Go to http://icking-music-archive.org/ find the Bach page, and you
can get the organ part.  This is sufficient without the above trumpet
part if you want to pick out the trumpet part from listening to 
the CD.  That is what I did before finding the Erik Veldkamp
transcription.  Then mark on the organ part what part the trumpet
is playing so the organist does not double it.
