[TPIN] Anyone tried the runyon lip saver?

I've personally never had an issue with cold weather playing. If it's really
REALLY cold I just keep my mouthpiece cupped in my hand until time to play,
then plug it in. Having my VALVES freeze up at a funeral in 9-degree weather
is a whole different story however (this probably belongs under the "funeral
nightmares" thread)! ;)
