[TPIN] Britten Fanfare for St. Edmundsbury

I am performing the Britten Fanfare St. Edmundsbury soon and am writing
program notes now. In cd-covers and on internet I find some quatations from
Britten himself about the piece. Nowhere I could find the complete text and
it is also not in my score.

Does anybody have more information about the piece, especially these program
notes by Britten himself?
